  • Find a supportive environment (safe)

  • Follow interests / "engagement trumps content"
  • Avoid "fake" learning experiences
  • Make it "real"
  • Allow for failure / take away quantifying of failure (focus on failure areas?)
  • Think about learning how to learn
  • Look for different opinions
  • "Intentional Curiosity"
  • Recognize that there are different learning styles
  • Read widely / "roam"
  • Nurture curiosity
  • Avoid artificial limits
  • Allow lots of play
  • Make room for boredom
  • Provide environments to use what you have
